MutMuz Four features a special collection of work by LA-based multimedia artists Jon Huck, Matthew Rosenquist, Loren Burke, and Siena Goldman.

Jon Huck was born and raised in Los Angeles and has pursued a wide range of creative and professional pursuits, with painting and sculpture becoming a central focus later in life. Since then, he has built a prolific practice rooted in experimentation and play. Working primarily with wood and watercolor on paper, he also. explores a variety of mediums, including cut-outs, masks, animation, and collage.

Matthew Rosenquist grew up outside Washington D.C. and has been making art for as long as he can remember. Trained in art school and working professionally as a carpenter, he ultimately found sculpture to be the medium best suited to his practice, combining technical craftsmanship with humor and nostalgia.
“In addition to my life size figures, I make cars and seventies vans and televisions and pieces that hang from the ceiling. I like to work on stuff that makes me laugh. Some of my figures are doing things with their phones and I guess I want to say something about how silly we all look with phones in our hands. I’m mining the memories of my youth that had significance to me in a funny way. An old television set or a bygone hairstyle or something we wore back in the day will, with luck, bridge a generation gap.”

Loren Burke is an artist from Greenfield, Massachusetts. His paintings are at once playful and unsettling, using expressive brushwork, subtle distortion, and a refined sense of color to evoke psychological depth. Drawing inspiration from classical painting traditions, Burke’s work reflects on the enduring mysteries of the human experience. He had his first solo exhibition at La Beast Gallery in February 2026.

Siena Goldman dropped from the sky into the San Fernando Valley. She crawled through life exploring creativity. When she began to walk, she discovered music and visual art. When she began to fly, she was fascinated by the psychedelia and humor of early experimental animation, and the unselfconscious creativity found in anonymous artwork and handmade objects. Now that she floats, she works intuitively, painting and drawing conceptually amorphous, jester-like characters in costume, creating a world that is whimsical, enigmatic, and surreal just like everyday.
